Parking/Arrival & Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment, allowing time for intake forms and to familiarize with our spa and staff.
Meter parking is available, directly in front of our location, please let our receptionist know if you will need a top up during your treatment, where you are parked, and license plate number.
Late arrival in excess of ten minutes may result in rescheduling your booked appointment, this policy is in place to ensure that other guests booked appointments are not effected.
Groups of 4 or more do require a credit card at time of booking, cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 25% booking fee.
