Your Esthetician will use Swedish Massage techniques alongside with smooth heated stones as an extension of their own hands. Rock placement for added warmth is also used. Heated stones can be deeply relaxing and help to warm up tight muscles, allowing your therapist to work out tension with ease.

Using heat therapy packs, your Esthetician will place heat packs on your lower and upper back, Moor Spa's tension balm is also applied. Starting with your legs and arms, leaving your back for last, allows the heat packs and tension balm to loosen tension, allowing your Esthetician to work out tension with ease.
